How delivery works for your furniture
Once you’ve chosen a piece of furniture, send us your delivery postcode and let us know about any access details, such as stairs or narrow entrances. We’ll confirm the delivery cost and arrangements with you before delivery is booked. Furniture is carefully prepared for its journey and delivered by Retro Cactus or a suitable furniture carrier. Collection from our Derbyshire workshop can also be arranged by appointment.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is quoted for each piece based on its size, destination and access requirements. Send us the item you’re interested in and your postcode, and we’ll confirm the cost before arranging delivery.
When will my furniture arrive?
We’ll agree the delivery arrangements with you once we know the destination and the piece you’ve chosen. If you need delivery by a particular date, please tell us when you enquire.
Can I collect my furniture instead?
Yes. Collection from our Derbyshire workshop is available by appointment. We’ll arrange a suitable time with you so your furniture is ready.
