Returns & Refunds Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt of goods. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Returns Authorisation

Returns will not be accepted without our prior authorisation. In the first instance, please contact us by email on retrocactusfurniture@gmail.com. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase, and if applicable we may require photographs showing any damage or defect.

If accepted, authorisation will be provided by email.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned to us in the same condition that you received it, and must be accompanied with our notification of authorisation.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should ship your product to: 

Retro Cactus Furniture, Unit 8, Markham Vale Environment Centre, Markham Lane, Markham Vale, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S44 5HY, United Kingdom.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unless the item was faulty when supplied, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

We recommend that you use a specialised furniture carrier with goods in transit insurance. 

 

Assessment for Refund

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, at our discretion:

* Any item not in its supplied condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Bearing in mind that due to the nature of our goods some items are rare or irreplaceable, the value deducted will take into account (where applicable) cost and availability of replacement parts, cost and feasibility of repair, and potential loss of value.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after 5 working days of receiving our confirmation email, first check your bank account again then contact us at retrocactusfurniture@gmail.com.
