Collected from Tunbridge Wells, Kent, refinished by Retro Cactus Furniture and personally delivered to Corpusty, Norfolk.
The Story of This Piece
This set of four Ercol Model 449 Windsor Bow Top dining chairs dates from the 1960s and is made from solid elm and beech. The chairs feature shaped bow top rails, spindle backs and solid elm seats, with the simple construction and proportions associated with Ercol’s Windsor range.
The set was collected from Tunbridge Wells, Kent, professionally refinished in North Derbyshire and sold by Retro Cactus Furniture. I personally delivered the chairs to their new home in Corpusty, Norfolk.
