Ercol CC41 Plank Dining Table with Extension Table, 1940s–1960s
A rare early Ercol CC41 plank dining table supplied with a separate matching extension table. Made from English elm and beech, the main dining table dates from the 1940s or 1950s, while the extension table was produced during the 1950s or early 1960s.

Both tables were carefully refinished to bring out the warmth and character of the English elm while protecting the surfaces for continued use. The paler beech legs provide an attractive contrast to the richer elm tops.
The separate extension table can be placed alongside the main table when additional dining space is required or used independently as an occasional table.
